  • 3 tablespoons shea butter
  • 2 tablespoons emulsifying wax
  • ¼ cup avocado oil

Add boiling water and magnesium flakes to a container and stir to dissolve. Let it cool before continuing.

Pour a quarter of the water in a small pot and boil it. Then, lower the heat and fit a pyrex bowl on its top in order to make a double-boiler. Then, add all the ingredients except for the magnesium oil and melt them together.

Reduce the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Then, blend the mixture and add the magnesium oil. Stir and store it in the fridge for 15 minutes for up to 2 months.
