The treatment has great impact on circulation, and decreases congestion in the upper respiratory tract. Its sedating action helps you sleep better during the treatment. Many patients swear in its ability to relieve pain and increase the healing response during acute infections.

Keep in mind that you have to do this at the very first moment you notice your cold symptoms , and repeat it several days in a row.

All you need is a pair of thin cotton socks, a pair of thick wool socks and a bucket.

Step 1

Soak your think socks in ice cold water. Squeeze out any excess water.

Step 2

Soak your feet into a bucket filled with hot water for 10 minutes until they are well warmed up.

Step 3

Take your feet out and pat them dry. Put on your cold wet cotton socks, and your dry wool socks.

Step 4

Go to bet, and keep your feet covered all the time. That’s the only way to obtain excellent results.
